More Important Camp Details
Nike Rugby Camps provide a high level training environment for young rugby athletes, based on focus, commitment, passion, work ethic, skill, and enjoyment. Players receive specialized coaching geared toward developing improved individual and team skills. With coaches who are passionate about the game of rugby, players can expect to further increase their love and motivation for the game.
The overnight camp includes key fundamental drills, educational seminars, team strategies, match play, film analysis, meals, housing, and group activities. Campers stay in dorms on campus as well as eating in campus dining halls. Day campers participate in all rugby activities and lunch is included each day (schedule for first and last day of camp is outlined in registration packet).
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in takes place between 10:00-11:00am on Thursday, June 15th. Check-out takes place at 5:00pm on Saturday, June 17th.
Early arrivals are responsible for own accommodations as dormitory accommodation is not available the night before camp starts.
LINENS AND A/C
Linens are not included in the camp price - please bring bed linens and towels. All dorms have air conditioning.
Overnight campers: we are offering a $30 per player discount for five or more team members from the same team/club. Please call 800-645-3226 and register by phone to receive the discount.
Campers are supervised 24 hours a day. The staff will reside in the residence halls with the campers and participate in evening activities. Supervision will be maintained at an 8:1 staff to camper ratio at all times. Campus rules and regulations will be strictly enforced at all times.
Campers are responsible for travel to and from camp.
A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a checklist of what to bring will be emailed to all registered campers prior to arrival at camp.
